Community purchased interactive external public display to inform population and tourists about activities of public sector, events and local business. Their choice was, most popular of all, imotion G6 47” digital outdoor sign with touch screen.

Situation analysis
Austrian town of Andau wanted to improve citizen and visitor’s awareness about the community, sights, local business and town management activities.

Solution
Internet connected freestanding touch interactive digital kiosk was placed in front of town hall. Kiosk shares local news, events and community “Mayor” messages. Users can access information on demand such as events, contacts, things to do, local services and simple wayfinding.

Public display
Municipality chose imotion G6 47” portrait single side with advanced HVAC based thermal management to guarantee long life time and superb performance of IP66 enclosed electronics. System is equipped with projected capacitive touch screen, ignoring outdoor conditions, and enabling glove use, very useful in Austria during the winter season.
