01
Quality Crafted in the EU
Driven by growth and market prospects, we expanded and modernized our production capacities. By late 2017, after 24 months we successfully launched a 2,500 sqm production facility, marked by innovation and improvements.
02
Conceptualization
We conceptualize product solutions based on internal ideas or customer design requests, considering factors like thermal management and airflow.
Understanding machinery particulars for producing significant housings and adapting designs accordingly is the key step toward achieving optimal price-performance ratios.
03
Drawing and machinery programming
Technologists prepare workshop drawings for material cutting and assessing consumption.
Programming machinery is vital for new housing production, ensuring precise details like cutouts and edges are included. Accurate programming optimizes production time for subsequent pieces of the same model.
04
Steel sheets material storage
Upon arrival, materials undergo visual inspection. If they meet specifications, steel sheets are stored in an automated vertical sheet metal storage lift. When needed, specific steel sheets are automatically retrieved from the storage lift and transferred to the metal processing machine as per the predetermined production process
05
CNC metal laser cutting
Before commencing the laser cutting process for each work order:
Deliver steel metal sheets to the CNC workstation.
Upload pre-prepared technical programs and CAD drawings to the CNC machine. Each metal part to be cut has its own CAD drawing.
The CNC operator ensures an adequate quantity of each part is arranged for cutting
06
Metal bending
Some imotion housing metal parts require bending for optimal electronics protection and effective thermal management. We use three specialized TruBend machines, each tailored to specific element sizes.
07
Welding
In the welding process, parts are fused into a complete housing according to the technical plan. Thorough inspection, particularly of the outer surface, is essential to ensure flawless welded housings. This is crucial as the surfaces will be directly powder-coated without additional treatment.
08
Metal housings lacquering
We use powder coating for standard product lacquering. This involves applying two layers of charged powdered color onto the housing's surface. This achieves electrostatic compatibility and durability. The color is baked onto the surface at around 200°C.
09
Components integration
Upon receiving lacquered housings, we inspect for imperfections. If approved, the final assembly begins. This involves:
Assembling the complete housing with door elements.
Adding thermal insulation.
Integrating electronic components.
Conducting final testing.
Packaging.
