Better Schedule Display Means Better Customer Experience

Brief
Allemendcenter of Fraunfeld shopping mall installed two external 32” signs at the entrance area to inform public transport reliant visitors about nearby bus stop schedule.

Situation analysis
Recently opened shopping mall faced problem arising from inconvenient access of clients, representing large segment of visitors. They rely on bus connection with 15 minutes waiting time for ones just missing the ride. Such bother would cause unnecessary stress and worse customer experience. It would also mean shorter dwell time, decreasing potential revenues.

Solution
Facility managers decided to place at the visible entrance locations 32” sunlight readable LCD displays with bus schedule real time info. Investment will help bus travelers better experience and will improve on in-mall dwell time.

Public display
Client went for two imotion FLOW 32” landscape wallmounted units with integrated 2.000 nit LCD panel and ambient light sensor for appropriate luminance output and power saving. Units are all-in-one and have integrated media player and electronics for safety & diagnostics. Minimal space was taken as units were mounted on-to the wall. Complete installation with system set-up took 2 hours in total.
